This is normal. We actually have two Interlibrary loan systems now: books that you get through SUNY (the GLOCAT stuff) can be kept for longer because we set up a better arrangement with the rest of the SUNY system. If we can't find your book within SUNY, we kick the request out to IDS and look for your stuff in other libraries, which will have a shorter loan period. In that case, they would disappear from your GLOCAT queue and appear in your IDS queue.
