The library's many student employees are paid through the Federal Work Study (FWS) program. FWS is requested via the FAFSA application and is part of your financial aid award.
If you were not awarded FWS as part of your financial aid package, the library is unable to offer any sort of employment, unfortunately.
If you were awarded FWS as part of your financial aid package, you can apply to work at the library via the campus Handshake system. Jobs are typically posted in mid-to-late July or in mid-to-late December. Open library positions will have the words "Work Study - Milne Library" in the title.
