  • What you were trying to use (JSTOR, EBSCO, ScienceDirect). 
  • What happened (PDF wouldn't load, missing PDF, error message). 
  • What browser you were using at the time. 
  • If you were on or off-campus. 

The library's resource team uses this information to recreate and troubleshoot the problem. If you're working in the library when it happens or it's convenient, you can also make an appointment with a Research Librarian or Library ITS to speak with someone about the problem.
