Please let the library's resource team know at: if this happens so we can resolve the issue. In your email, tell us: 

  • What you were trying to use (JSTOR, EBSCO, ScienceDirect). 
  • What happened (PDF wouldn't load, missing PDF, error message). 
  • What browser you were using at the time. 
  • If you were on or off-campus. 

The library's resource team uses this information to recreate and troubleshoot the problem. If you're working in the library when it happens or it's convenient, you can also stop by the Reference Desk or Library ITS to speak with someone about the problem.
